Uber / Lyft can be called from the airport. Might take 5 ~ 10 mins to arrive since most of the cars would either be in downtown or nearby wineries.
There are a few wineries that are walkable from the airport if you just want to grab a bottle.
Downtown Healdsburg
Downtown is about 5 miles from the airport. If you brought a scooter or bicycle, it should be very accessible from the airport.
